The regulatory position on Nervelin
What the footnote on the bottle means in practice, and what a registration seal establishes.
These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
That footnote is printed on the bottle and it is the legal position for every dietary supplement sold in the United States. The regulator’s own questions and answers set out what that means: supplements are not reviewed for safety or effectiveness before they go on sale, and no supplement carries FDA approval.
The published analysis of enforcement actions shows what happens at the other end — products pulled after the fact, often for carrying something the label did not declare. That is the system this product sits inside, and it is the reason the seals on the pack are read carefully on the testing page rather than displayed.
A registered facility is a factory that has filed with the FDA. It is a filing about a building, not a judgement about a capsule, and no dietary supplement holds FDA approval of any kind.

Structure and function claims are what a supplement label may carry. Each is a claim about support, and support is not treatment.
The distinction in the third column is the whole of supplement labelling law and it is easy to lose in a sentence. “Supports nerve protection” is a claim about support. “Protects nerves” is a claim about an effect on the body, and it would make this a drug claim.
Every page here is written to the left-hand column. Where a page describes what an ingredient has been studied for, it says so as research on that ingredient in that condition, at the dose that research used, and never as a claim about this capsule.

The two violet marketing panels
The asset pack includes two purple graphics printing cognition and focus claims that appear nowhere on the bottle itself. They are placed on this site as images with this desk’s own captions, and their wording is never used as a claim anywhere in the prose.
The blend heading on the back
The Supplement Facts panel is headed “Test Boost Proprietary Blend” on a product sold for nerve support. The heading is transcribed because it is what the label prints; it is not evidence of what the capsule does, and no page here builds a claim on it.
Both are stated once, here and on the pages whose job they are, and neither travels. The claims page handles the mismatch between the front and the back of the same bottle in full, and the panel page reproduces the heading in its proper place.
Why no Nervelin page prints a milligram for any single ingredient

The Supplement Facts panel declares 1000mg for the Test Boost Proprietary Blend and lists 9 ingredients beneath it with no figure against any of them. One number, nine names.
So no per-ingredient amount appears anywhere on this website, in any table, on any page. Nine ingredients sharing a gram can be divided in any proportion, and an estimate would read exactly like a measurement without being one.
What the pages do instead is set each of the nine beside the condition it was studied in and the amount that research used. Those figures are real and checkable; they belong to the studies rather than to this bottle, and every page that uses them says so.

They are the seller’s tally rather than verified transcripts, and they are not evidence that the capsule does anything.

Numbness, burning and tingling have several possible causes and some of them are treatable once identified. Being assessed once is worth more than a year of guessing, and no supplement substitutes for that assessment.
The one Nervelin ingredient with a published injury record

Garcinia cambogia is fourth on the panel and it is the name on this label with the most serious literature behind it. A case series described moderate to severe liver injury, one report reached acute liver failure, another reached transplantation, and a 2019 report follows the same pattern. The NIH LiverTox database and the NIH centre for complementary health both keep standing entries on it.
The amount in this capsule is unknown, being part of the blend total, and is smaller than the doses in those reports. Both halves of that sentence matter. Anyone with liver disease, or taking a medicine with known liver effects, should raise this product with a clinician before starting it.
The side-effects page works through the published record on all nine ingredients, weighted by how strong each one is rather than listed flat.
