Privacy Policy

Nervelin Privacy Policy

This website is a set of static files. It has no login, no basket, no payment form and no database, so nothing you type into a page here is transmitted anywhere. What does collect data is the seller’s checkout, once you follow an order link and leave this site, and your browser, which keeps its own record either way.

What this website can technically collect, what the checkout collects instead, and how to ask Getnervelin a question about either. Last reviewed September 2026.

Collection

What the Nervelin website itself collects

Six categories, and the honest answer for each on a site with no server logic behind it.

Kind of dataCollected by these pages? The reason
Name, address, telephoneNoThere is no form on this site that transmits
Email addressOnly if you write to the mailbox, and then you sent itThe mailbox is an ordinary inbox, not a capture form
Card or payment detailsNo, at any pointPayment happens on the seller’s checkout, on their system
Account credentialsNoThere are no accounts here to hold credentials for
Health information about youNoNothing on this site asks, and nothing here would be qualified to use it
Server access logsBy the host, as every web server doesIP address, page requested, time, browser string — the standard log line

The contact forms on this website are checklists rendered in HTML. They have no destination configured and the page says so above each one.

The row worth understanding is the last. Every web server writes a log line for every file it serves, and that line contains the requesting IP address whether or not the site wants it. Those logs are kept by the host for operational reasons — diagnosing an outage, spotting an attack — and are not joined to anything else here, because there is nothing else here to join them to.

If you email [email protected], that message sits in an ordinary mailbox with whatever you chose to put in it. It is used to answer you and to correct the page you wrote about, and for nothing else.

The boundary

What the seller’s checkout collects when you leave Nervelin pages

Where the data you actually hand over goes, and whose policy covers it once it is there.

Following any order link on this website takes you to the seller’s checkout, which is a different company’s system on a different domain. That is where a purchase actually happens, and it is where your details are taken: name, delivery address, email address, telephone number and payment card.

Their privacy terms govern that data, not these. Read them on the checkout page before you pay, in the same way you would read the return window there rather than taking it from a website. This desk cannot see, edit or delete anything held on that system.

The order desk on +1 (302) 200-3480 is operated by the seller’s payment processor and holds the order record. A request to change or remove your purchase details goes there, with your order ID, and it will be answered faster than one sent here and forwarded.

The practical version

Anything about an order — a delivery address, a card, a record you want removed — belongs with the order desk. Anything about these pages belongs in the mailbox. The two systems do not share a database.

Cookies

Cookies and tracking on the Nervelin website

Five statements about what loads, including the one third-party request these pages genuinely make.

  • No advertising pixel, no remarketing tag and no social embed is loaded by these pages.
  • No analytics script that identifies an individual visitor runs here.
  • Fonts are requested from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to that service and it sees the IP address making it.
  • The pages set no cookie of their own. Your browser may still cache files, which is storage on your own machine rather than a record held here.
  • The checkout you leave for sets its own cookies. Those are covered by the seller’s terms and are outside this policy.

The font request is the one genuine third-party call on the page and it is worth naming rather than glossing. Stylesheets are fetched from Google’s font service so the typefaces the design uses render as intended; that service receives the standard request metadata any server receives, including an IP address.

Browser-level controls work as usual against all of this. Blocking third-party requests will change how the pages look and will not stop them working, because every fact on this site is in the HTML rather than loaded afterwards.

Your rights

Your data rights, and where to exercise them on a Nervelin order

Four steps, starting with the one that decides everything: which system holds it.

Decide which system holds what you are asking about

Order details sit with the seller and its payment processor. Email you sent to this desk sits in this desk’s mailbox. Nothing else about you is held anywhere in this operation.

For an order, call the desk with the order ID

+1 (302) 200-3480, Mon–Fri 9:00am–5:00pm ET. Ask for what you want done in plain terms — a copy of the record, a correction, a deletion — and note the name of whoever takes it.

For correspondence with this desk, write to the mailbox

[email protected]. Say which address you wrote from and roughly when, and the thread will be found and removed on request.

Expect a reply within a month

That is the outside figure this desk works to for a data request, and most are settled the same week. Anything needing the seller’s cooperation takes as long as their own process takes.

Residents of jurisdictions with statutory rights of access, correction, deletion and portability may exercise them through the routes above. Where the data sits with the seller, this desk will pass a request on and tell you it has done so, which is the limit of what a retailer can honestly promise about another company’s system.

Age

Children, and who the Nervelin website is written for

One paragraph, because there is only one thing to say.

This website is written for adults aged 18 and over, and so is the product it sells. Nothing here is directed at children, no part of it is designed to appeal to them, and this desk does not knowingly hold information about anyone under 18.

If you believe a child has sent something to [email protected], say so in a message and it will be deleted rather than answered.

Security

How the Nervelin website is served, and what that protects

What HTTPS covers on a site with no database, and the one scam worth recognising.

These pages are served over HTTPS, which encrypts the connection between your browser and the host. That protects what you request from being read in transit; it is not a statement about anything stored, because these pages store nothing.

The genuine security question on any purchase is about the checkout rather than the brochure, and the answer there is the seller’s payment system and the card network behind it. The card brands shown in the footer are the ones that checkout accepts.

One practical warning belongs here. Nobody working for this desk will ever telephone or email asking you to read out a card number. There is no circumstance in which this website needs one, and a request for one in its name did not come from it.

Changes

Changes to this Nervelin privacy policy

How a change to this page is published, and where to ask about one.

This page carries a review date at the foot of every page on the site and that date moves when the page changes. The current one is September 2026.

Material changes will be described here rather than announced elsewhere, because a static site has no mailing list to announce them to. Questions go to [email protected], and the contact page sets out which route answers what.

Returns and the order desk

The window that covers this purchase is the marketplace listing’s own

The seller sets the return window and prints it on the listing you buy from, so read it there before you pay rather than taking a number from a website. To start a return, call the order desk with your order ID and follow the steps on the refund policy page: return postage is the buyer’s, and the parcel needs your full name, email and order ID inside it.
