Nervelin Terms And Conditions

Reading these pages makes no contract with anyone. A contract is made at the seller’s checkout, on the terms printed there, and those terms include the return window, the postage and the price. This desk is the retailer whose pages you are on and is paid when an order goes through the link.

Who you are dealing with, what these pages are and are not, and which document governs your purchase. Last reviewed September 2026.

The parties

Who you are dealing with when you read or buy Nervelin

Four parties, what each is responsible for, and which one your purchase is with.

GetnervelinUSA Authorized Nervelin Retailer. Publishes this website and is paid when an order is placed through its checkout link. Not the manufacturer, and not the counterparty to your sale

Office: 76 Ninth Avenue, Floor 4, New York, NY 10011, USA. Returns, once a return has been confirmed on the telephone: 375 Hudson Street, Suite 602, New York, NY 10014, USA.

Four parties, and the distinction that matters most is between the second and the first. Your money, your delivery address and your return right all sit with the seller. What sits here is the writing.

That is also why the commercial relationship is stated on the page rather than in a footer. This desk earns when an order is placed, and a reader is entitled to know that before weighing anything else it says.

Acceptance

What using the Nervelin website means

What reading these pages commits you to, which is very little.

Using this website means you accept these terms as they read on the day you use it. If you do not, the remedy is to stop using it; nothing here is conditional on your having agreed to anything in advance.

These pages are published for information. They are written from the printed label and the seller’s own paperwork, with each citation fetched and confirmed, and they are reviewed on the date shown in the footer. They are not medical advice, they are not a diagnosis, and they are not a substitute for being examined by somebody who can examine you.

Prices

Prices, packs and what this Nervelin website does not print

Why the pack panels carry no figure, and which number actually binds.

No price appears on this website. The seller’s paperwork defers pack prices to the marketplace listing at checkout, and the listing answered every scripted request with a refusal when this desk tried to read it on 19 September 2026. So the pack panels here keep their shape and say “Price at checkout” rather than carrying a figure that was never confirmed.

For the same reason no struck comparison price appears anywhere. A struck figure is a seller’s own comparison rather than a price anyone paid, and printing one that had not been read would be worse than printing none.

Three packs exist: 1 Bottle, 3 Bottles, 6 Bottles. Each is a single payment at the checkout. There is no subscription and nothing recurs.

The rule this follows

The price that governs your order is the one on the checkout screen when you pay. Read it there. That is true on every website and it is especially true on one that prints no figure at all.

Ordering

How a Nervelin order is placed and accepted

Five steps, and the one that decides whether you have an order at all.

You follow an order link from any page here

Every one of them carries rel="sponsored nofollow" and lands on the seller’s checkout. No order can be placed on this website itself.

The checkout confirms the pack, the postage and the price

Read all three on the screen. This is also where the return window is printed, and it is the version that governs your purchase.

You pay on the seller’s system

Card details are entered there and never on this website. The card brands accepted are the ones shown in the footer here.

The seller accepts or declines the order

A confirmation email with an order ID is the acceptance. Until that lands, an order has been submitted rather than concluded.

The parcel ships with tracking

Ships from the US, tracking in the order email. The shipping page covers timings and what to do when tracking stops moving.

The fourth step is the one people skip. An order ID in a confirmation email is what every later conversation about that order depends on, from a delivery query to a return, so it is worth keeping the email rather than the screenshot.

Returns

Returns, refunds and the Nervelin window

Whose window it is, how to open one, and what a window does not mean.

The return window is the one printed on the marketplace listing you buy through. The seller sets it and this desk reports it; no day count is printed on this website because none was read from the listing, and inventing one would put a number in a reader’s head that the seller never agreed to.

To start a return, call +1 (302) 200-3480 with the order ID and ask for the return address in the same call. Return postage is the buyer’s, the parcel needs your full name, email and order ID inside it, and it should be sent with tracking.

The refund policy page runs through all five steps and the two waits that follow them, and the returns page explains what the marketplace window is and is not.

One thing a return is not

A return window is a purchase policy. It is not a statement that a product will work, and it is not a medical promise of any kind. Those are different claims and only the first one is being made.

Honest limits

What the Nervelin pages are not, in the terms’ own words

Six things these pages are not, stated here so they need not be repeated everywhere else.

  • Not medical advice. Nothing here diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents any disease, and a dietary supplement is not a drug.
  • Not a claim beyond the label. The three structure and function lines printed on the front of the bottle are the ceiling on everything this site says.
  • Not an endorsement by any of the organisations cited. Research publishers are quoted, not affiliated.
  • Not a guarantee of a result. The review figures reproduced here are the marketplace listing’s own summary rather than verified transcripts.
  • Not the manufacturer speaking. This desk is a retailer and says so on every page.
  • Not a laboratory report. Lot and certificate references are traceability codes rather than test results.

The fourth of those is worth a sentence of its own. 4.4 out of 5 across 1,196 written reviews is a figure the seller holds and publishes; it has not been audited by anyone without a commercial interest, and the reviews page sets out exactly what each number counts and what it does not.

Intellectual property

Copyright and the Nervelin marks used on this website

Who owns the writing, who owns the marks, and what quoting is allowed without asking.

The writing, tables, structure and layout of this website are the work of Getnervelin and are protected by copyright. Quoting a paragraph with a link back is ordinary practice and needs no permission; republishing pages wholesale is not, and a request to do anything more goes to [email protected].

Nervelin and VitaLifes are the property of their respective owners and are used here to identify the product this retail desk sells. Product photography and label artwork are the seller’s, supplied with the product pack and reproduced with this desk’s own captions.

Citations name their publishers and link to the original. Nothing from a cited source is reproduced beyond what a citation requires.

Liability

Liability, and the limits on it for Nervelin purchases

What this desk answers for, and where responsibility sits for the bottle itself.

This website is published in good faith and reviewed on the date shown in the footer. Facts are taken from the printed label and the seller’s paperwork, and where a source could not be confirmed the page says so rather than filling the gap.

To the extent the law allows, this desk is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website, and nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Liability for the product itself, its delivery and its condition on arrival rests with the seller and the manufacturer as the law provides. A defective bottle is a matter for the order desk, with the lot code to hand.

Governing law

Governing law for these Nervelin terms

Which law covers these pages, and which document covers your order.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York and the United States, and the courts of New York have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.

Your purchase is a separate matter, governed by the terms on the checkout where it was made. Where the two differ on anything about the order — price, postage, the return window — the checkout terms govern, because that is the document you agreed to.

Changes

Changes to these Nervelin terms

Which version applies, and where to ask about one.

These terms may be revised, and the version in force is the one published here on the day you use the site. The review date in the footer moves when the page changes; the current one is September 2026.

Questions go to [email protected]. Anything about an existing order goes to the order desk instead, which is set out in full on the contact page.

Returns and the order desk

The window that covers this purchase is the marketplace listing’s own

The seller sets the return window and prints it on the listing you buy from, so read it there before you pay rather than taking a number from a website. To start a return, call the order desk with your order ID and follow the steps on the refund policy page: return postage is the buyer’s, and the parcel needs your full name, email and order ID inside it.
