Tracking a Nervelin parcel

The tracking number arrives in the dispatch email rather than the order confirmation, which is the single most common source of confusion in this process. An order confirmed on Monday and dispatched on Wednesday produces two emails, and only the second one carries a number to track.
Tracking updates on movement. A number that shows nothing for a day usually means the parcel has not been scanned yet rather than that it has been lost, and the first scan often happens at the carrier’s depot rather than at the door it left from.

When a Nervelin delivery goes wrong

The address was wrong, and the order has not dispatched
Call +1 (302) 200-3480 with the order ID as early as possible. An address can only be changed while the order is still with the packer; once a parcel is with a carrier it is the carrier’s to redirect, and not every service allows it.
The parcel is late
